Hotels in Anchorage, Alaska: I am sure there are warmer places to go, but should you find yourself visiting Anchorage Alaska you will want a warm place to stay.
You will probably be surprised by the amount of sights and activities in Anchorage. The temperature is an obvious factor, as is the day and night cycle (this close to the Arctic), so there are different activities and sights dependent on the winter summer cycle.
During the summer the night is still fairly light and in the winter it is quite dark, even at mid-day.
